We've been feeding Porirua East out of this kitchen for years — you might know us by our old name. The ribs haven't changed: rubbed, cooked low until they give, then finished on the grill with sauce brushed on by hand.

What has changed is that we stopped hiding the other half of what we cook. The curries came from home, they've always been on the pass for the people who asked, and now they're on the board where they belong. Ribs and curries. That's us.
